DNA Recruit are working with a connected commerce agency who work with well known global FMCG clients, driving their business growth and pioneering the most effective ways of connecting shoppers both in-store and online as the retail world evolves. Our client provide a positive user experience, placing a strong emphasis on connecting client products with customer demands.

With international growth, their Germany office want to drive extensive growth and securing new clients by rolling out new innovative technology which gives their clients better decision making tools and better experiences and stronger results access.

A Senior Level Client Leader is to join the German office to help lead the charge on growing their ecomm specific business, and with a view to growing the business and ultimately taking over as the General Manager. The Client Leader will be working together with the VP Client Leadership team to help lead the sales charge on the Agency's new areas, focusing on Germany and the UK in particular, and its growth with blue chip FMCG businesses, and identifying and securing new business leads.

The Client Leader should have several years agency leadership experience in the Retail and connected commerce space, and extensive experience at winning new business to enable the agency to grow their new opportunity, and is a strong and well connected individual to expand beyond their core client. The role is based in the Agency's German office and the successful candidate must be fluent in German.

Salary: €115K + bonus (circa €11,300) and benefits.
