Our client is a global luxury beauty brand currently looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to join their marketing team on a 3 months fixed term contract which might extend. They are working 3 days in the London office / 2 days remote. Looking for someone to start asap if possible.
The Role
We are currently looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team based in London.
In this role, you will sit in a vibrant, bright team of over 35 people who support the 360 omnichannel business. You will oversee the digital media strategy, overseeing paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates and VOD/Display media. You will manage all revenue targets and also be accountable for the CA&R targets associated.
You will own the strategy for all their brands as well as for a new lifestyle brand with a huge potential.

- Planning, developing and implementing full funnel digital marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the Brand, E-Commerce and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns
- Work with the Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-1st creative assets that are optimised for channel, placements and targetting
You will have...
- Solid experience working in a similar Media role - managing performance channels ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to manage people, processes and communicate with wide stake holder group
- You will be an inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate
- Incredibly creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
- Analytical skills - to be able to read, understand and pivot to next steps / innovations
