COVID-19 Update

  • Will I still get sent my print magazine?

    We have decided not to print the April edition because so many of our UK readers will not be in their offices, where they would normally receive the magazine. Instead we are producing a digital edition which will be an exact replica of the printed edition which will be available from 16th April. You will find it on the homepage of our website. You will need to be signed in to access it. We will be in touch with all our members on publication.

    Campaign magazine will continue to be published in digital format until measures to fight the Covid-19 pandemic in the UK are lifted. We will review things on an issue- by- issue basis and will be in contact with our members when each issue is published.

  • How do I access the digital magazine?

    When published, the magazine will be available on the home page of campaignlive.co.uk and you will just need to be signed in to access it.

    If you have a premium membership, if you haven’t already activated your membership, you will need to do this first. The activation link is here and you will need your membership/subscription number which can be found on the correspondence you received when you took out your membership. If you cannot locate it then please contact our customer service team: support@campaignlive.co.uk

    If you are a print only subscriber and are registered user, you will just need to be signed in to access it. If you do not have a registered account, we will set this up temporarily for you and be in touch to let you know how to access it.

  • I am a member of the Marketing Society how do I access the digital magazine?

    If you are a current member of the Marketing Society who receives a print copy of Campaign - please activate your online access here , if you haven’t already done this. You will need your Marketing Society membership number. Then just make sure you are signed in.

  • Who do I contact if have trouble accessing the digital magazine?

    Please contact our customer service team on support@campaignlive.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Please bear with us if a response takes a little longer than normal.

  • How do I contact membership customer services?

  • How do I take advantage of my membership discount on events?

    We will send you a discount code to apply at the checkout of each event when they are launched. If you do not receive this then please contact our conferences customer support team conferences@haymarket.com . Please make sure you provide your membership number when emailing.

  • I am being asked for my membership number. How do I find it?

    This would have been sent to you at the beginning of your membership in your activation instructions. If you cannot locate it then please contact our customer service team: customer.service@haymarket.com

  • How do I change the delivery address for my magazine?

    Please email our customer service team: customer.service@haymarket.com

  • Can I add another person to my membership?

    Yes - to upgrade your membership please contact Neil Johnston: neil.johnston@haymarket.com

  • I am a member of Marketing Society. What should I do to gain access?

    This would have been sent to you at the beginning of your membership in your activation instructions. You can sign up here. You will need your Marketing Society membership number.

  • What date is my Direct Debit payment?

    Please contact our customer service team customer.service@haymarket.com .Please make sure you provide your membership number when emailing.

  • I have paid and activated, but am unable to access content. Why?

    Please contact the customer service team on 01604 828702 or email: customer.service@haymarket.com

  • I am a member and used to be able to read articles, but the site is now blocking me. Why?

    The most likely reason for this is that your membership has expired. Call 020 8267 8121 or email customer.service@haymarket.com to check the status of your membership. Renew your membership here

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes. You will be given a refund for the remainder of your membership term. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please contact customer.service@haymarket.com

  • Can I share my membership with anyone else?

    No. If you have purchased an individual membership then this is for a single user only. To upgrade your membership package to include multiple users, please contact: Neil Johnston neil.johnston@haymarket.com , 020 8267 4232

  • How quickly will I get online access?

    Within 24 hours - online access will start as soon as payment has been processed

  • What is the difference between a registered user and a member?

    Registered users can only see limited stories and access limited areas. Members of Campaign will have full access to campaignlive.co.uk and receive additional member benefits which you can view here .Please note to recieve print and online you will need to be a premium subscriber

  • What are my login details?

    Login details are sent when your order has been processed and activated. These will be your email address and a system generated password. You can active your online membership here . If you can't locate this email then please contact our customer service team: support@campaignlive.co.uk

  • My login details are not working... How do I get in?

    You can reset your password here . If you still unable to login please contact our customer services team by emailing support@campaignlive.co.uk

  • Why can't I access certain content?

    Only members have full unrestricted access to all of the content that Campaign has to offer. View the different membership options and what they give you access to.

  • What does free registration on Campaign give me?

    As a registered user on campaignlive.co.uk, you can:

    • Read up to five free articles each month
    • Sign up for free daily email bulletins
    • Comment on articles

  • How do I sign up for email bulletins?

    If you are a registered user, you can manage your email bulletin preferences in My Account > Bulletin preferences. You will need to register first here

  • How do I unsubscribe from your email bulletins?

    You can opt out on the unsubscribe button at the footer of each newsletter or you can email customer.service@haymarket.com

  • What are cookies?

    A "cookie" is a small text file that is stored by your internet browser on your computer's hard drive. Using cookies prevents you from having to log in each time you visit the Campaign site. We do not use cookies to store sensitive information about you. Find out more about our privacy policy here

  • I have forgotten my password. How do I find it?
